By accessing and using SwingMusic.org, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. Our platform is dedicated to the preservation of vintage jazz media and audio. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.
2. Intellectual Property & Archives
SwingMusic.org acts as an educational and historical resource. The vintage magazine scans, biographies, and articles provided in our Jazz History Vaults are presented strictly for historical preservation, research, and educational purposes. If you are a rights holder and have concerns regarding specific archival content, please contact our administrative team.
3. Audio Broadcasting
Our 1934-1952 Big Band and Swing radio stream is fully licensed for transmission in the United States, Canada, and Mexico via our broadcasting partner, Live365. We do not host the audio files directly on our servers, nor do we offer proprietary audio files for individual download, duplication, or physical distribution.
4. External Links
Our website contains direct links to external radio directories (such as TuneIn, Streema, and myTuner) to facilitate off-site listening. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, UI experiences, or tracking practices of these third-party applications and websites.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The site, historical image archives, and continuous audio streams are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. This includes but is not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, uptime reliability, or uninterrupted playback across all global regions.
